CNA Travel Contract - Skilled Nursing/LTC

Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Completion of a CNA certification program from an accredited institution
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid CNA license in the state of Nebraska, CPR certification, and TB test within the past year
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a CNA in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
  • Other Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, strong communication skills, ability to assist with patient mobility, flexibility to work day shifts, and reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care according to facility policies and CNA scope of practice, including assisting with activities of daily living
  • Document patient observations and care provided accurately and timely using facility EMR system
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate patient needs and ensure quality care delivery
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff compliance with infection control protocols
  • Assist with patient mobility, vital signs, and other clinical tasks as directed by nursing staff
