Job Title: CNC I Operator (1st Shift) Location: Littleton, NH 03561 Pay Rate: $19.00 - $19.19 / hour (Plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, based on performance and attendance) Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Contract to Hire, 1 position available

Position Overview

The CNC I Operator operates computer numerical control machines to cut, shape, or form metal workpieces to precise specifications, performing all core duties of a CNC Machine Operator to support production schedules and quality standards.

Job Specifications

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review specifications to determine machining sequences, check dimensions of parts against blueprints, and operate the machine.
- Work efficiently to meet the established production schedule.
- Observe and listen to machine operations to detect malfunctions, such as worn or damaged cutting tools.
- Analyze any production difficulties and report them to the CNC Specialist or Production Supervisor.
- Measure workpieces for conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers, functional gages, and blueprints.
- Maintain required paperwork, including production logs and scrap tickets.
- Notify the CNC Specialist or Supervisor upon job completion or if any discrepancies arise.
