Job Description

CNC Laser / Press Brake Operator Weekend ShiftLocation: Columbus, NEPay: $20 $25/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6: 00 AM 6: 00 PMWORK 3 DAYS. GET PAID FOR 5.Want a skilled manufacturing job that gives you four days off every week? This dedicated weekend position lets you work just three 12-hour shifts and get paid for a full 40-hour week.This is a Friday, Saturday and Sunday ONLY position. There is no weekday schedule available. If you're an experienced CNC Laser or Press Brake Operator who wants a consistent weekend schedule, competitive pay and four consecutive days off, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.What You'll DoAs a CNC Laser / Press Brake Operator, you'll be responsible for producing quality fabricated parts while safely and efficiently operating CNC equipment. Responsibilities include:

Set up and operate CNC fiber laser and/or CNC press brake equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, bend charts and work orders
Select the appropriate tooling and machine parameters for each job
Inspect first-piece and in-process parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, tape measures and angle gauges
Troubleshoot routine equipment or production issues and make necessary adjustments
Operate support equipment, including cold saws
Perform routine machine maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area

What We're Looking ForThis is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with the experience and skills to step into production and work with minimal direction after training.Qualified candidates should have:

Previous CNC laser and/or CNC press brake operating experience
Machine setup experience
Ability to read and understand fabrication blueprints
Strong measuring and inspection skills
Ability to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday every week
Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to the weekend schedule

Experience operating both CNC laser and press brake equipment is preferred, but candidates with strong experience in either area are encouraged to apply.Why You'll Want This Job
