• Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automated metal fabrication equipment
• Execute and document production activities in the MRP system
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Perform shearing and punching of aluminum materials
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and work area
• Track inventory and support quarterly inventory counts

What You Need to Bring to the CNC Operator Role:

• Demonstrate experience with CNC, laser, or fabrication machinery preferred
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Follow production processes and documentation requirements accurately
• Use basic computer systems for production and inventory tracking
• Work independently and support team operations as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Lift or move materials up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
