CNC Lathe MachinistPay:$25.00+ per hour (DOE)Location:Owasso, OK 74055Shift:1st Shift | Monday Friday | 7: 00 AM 3: 30 PMJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:124758Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join a precision manufacturing team serving the aerospace industry in the Owasso area. This role is ideal for experienced machinists with strong setup expertise who take pride in tight-tolerance work, machine ownership, and producing high-quality precision components.If you thrive in high-precision machining environments and can work independently with minimal supervision, this CNC Lathe Machinist opportunity offers strong pay and long-term career potential.Required Experience & Skills5+ years of CNC machining and setup experience REQUIRED Strong experience performing full CNC lathe setups and machine operation Ability to machine parts to tight tolerances ( .0003) Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge REQUIRED Experience selecting tooling and optimizing feeds and speeds Ability to perform first-piece inspections and precision quality checks Strong troubleshooting and process improvement skills at the machine Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionProgramming knowledge (G-code or CAM) is a strong plus Willingness to work overtime and weekends as neededReliable attendance and strong work ethic are requiredEssential Duties & Responsibilities Perform full machine setups and operation on CNC lathes(mills are a plus) Machine complex aerospace components to exact dimensional tolerances Select tooling and optimize machine performance for efficiency and quality Conduct first-piece inspections and in-process quality verification Troubleshoot machining issues and make machine/process adjustments Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T callouts, and technical specifications Maintain high production quality with a focus on zero-defect workmanship Maintain a clean, organized, and professional machining workspace Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standardsWork Environment Precision aerospace machining / manufacturing environment Exposure to CNC equipment, cutting tools, machine oils, production noise, and active machining operations Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, repetitive machine operation, and PPE complianceWhy You ll Want This OpportunityCompetitive pay based on high-level machining experience Stable Monday Friday 1st shift scheduleTemp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential Excellent fit for advanced CNC machinists seeking precision work Aerospace manufacturing environment with high technical standardsReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
