Job Description
CNC Lathe Machinist - Setup & Programmer

Key Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC lathe machines using G-code or conversational programmingManufacture precision parts from blueprints, sketches, and specificationsInspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure qualityMaintain equipment and adhere to safety standards and procedures
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of CNC lathe programming, setup, and operation experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints and complete jobs independently from start to finishStrong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processesExperience using precision measurement tools and maintaining quality standards
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience with Mastercam or similar CAM softwareBackground in aerospace, military, or high-precision manufacturing environments
