  • Set up and operate machines to fabricate precision sheet metal parts
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Use sheet metal measuring tools (calipers, protractors, etc.) to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent.*
  • At least 1 year of related experience in press brake operation or CNC operation.*
  • Proficiency in using sheet metal measuring devices, such as calipers and protractors.*
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.*
  • Familiarity with "Lean" manufacturing processes is a plus.*
  • Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude.*
  • A positive attitude with excellent relationship-building skills with coworkers.
