- Setting up and operating CNC machines to fabricate precision sheet metal parts.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure correct production.
- Using sheet metal measuring tools such as calipers and protractors to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Monitoring machine performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Adhering to safety protocols and quality procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to streamline workflow and troubleshoot issues.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality outcomes.
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in press brake operation or CNC machine operation.
- Proficiency in using sheet metal measuring devices such as calipers and protractors.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a technical mindset.
