Job Description

HALCON Furniture, located in Stewartville, MN, manufactures award-winning, modern office furniture of the highest quality. To meet increased demand for our innovative products, we are currently seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will embrace the opportunity to contribute to the Machining Department and bring a positive attitude and strong organizational skills to a dedicated, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain machinery in a manufacturing setting including CNC’s, routers, wide-belt sanders, and edgebanders.
Troubleshoot issues.
Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area.
Ability to follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Ability to work as a team.
Must be detail-oriented.
Experience with hand tools.
Machine Operating experience preferred but not required.

Salary Range:

1st Shift, Monday- Friday (6:00am- 2:30pm)
2nd Shift, Monday- Thursday (3:30pm- 2:00am)
