Job Description

CNC Setup MachinistShift:2nd Shift, Monday

Friday 330pm
1130pm

Position SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, mechanical aptitude, and experience setting up and operating CNC machining equipment.

ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC milling and turning machines to produce quality parts according to specifications (Okuma and Haas machines onsite)Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documentsPerform routine machine adjustments and monitor machine performancePerform machine changeovers and setupInspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all company safety and production procedures

Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years of CNC operation experience in a manufacturing environmentPrevious experience setting up CNC machinesMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read measuring instruments and blueprints to perform basic quality checksAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality
