You will collaborate closely with engineers and production teams to deliver exceptional results that contribute to the company’s success.What You’ll Do: As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for:
  • Setting up and operating CNC mill-turn equipment safely and efficiently.*
  • Interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining specifications with accuracy.*
  • Loading, measuring, and inspecting materials to meet strict dimensional tolerances.*
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting machining issues in partnership with programmers and team members.*
  • Maintaining detailed production and inspection documentation.*
  • Supporting various shop functions, including manual lathe, EDM, and forging processes as needed.*
  • Training and mentoring fellow machinists to enhance team performance.
What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or GED.*
  • At least 5 years of CNC machining experience.*
  • Proficiency with measurement tools and conducting in-process inspections.*
  • Strong math, geometry, and blueprint reading skills.*
  • Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems is preferred.*
  • Knowledge of CNC operation {id=115492, name=CNC Operation}.
