Responsibilities:As a CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will include:1. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to understand the requirements of products and components.2. Setting up and operating CNC machines and other equipment to produce high-quality parts and components.3. Using precision measurement tools to check the accuracy of machined parts.4. Adjusting machine settings and controls as needed to ensure products meet exact specifications.5. Maintaining machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.6. Troubleshooting issues that arise during the manufacturing process and taking appropriate action to resolve them.7. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and effective production.8. Adhering to all safety protocols and workplace policies.Qualifications:To be considered for the CNC Machinist position, candidates must have:1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a CNC Machinist in the manufacturing industry.2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.3. Extensive knowledge and experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).4. A high level of skill in operating CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.7. A commitment to maintaining high safety standards.8. The ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.9. A high school diploma or equivalent.
