Job Description

We are partnering with multiple established manufacturers in the Tulsa area, including aerospace and oil & gas companies, seeking skilled CNC professionals. We are hiring across several roles including CNC Machinists, Setup Operators, and CMM/Quality Inspectors to support high-precision production environments.

We are seeking candidates with experience in CNC machining, setup, or quality inspection. Opportunities are available for individuals ranging from entry-level operators to advanced setup machinists and CMM programmers.

CNC Machinist / Setup Machinist

Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes (Haas, Mazak, Okuma, etc.)
Perform tool changes, offsets, and program edits
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Hold tight tolerances and perform first article inspections
Work with a variety of materials including steel, aluminum, and alloys

CNC Setup Operator

Load/unload parts and monitor machine cycles
Assist with setups including tooling and fixtures
Perform basic inspections using calipers and gauges
Maintain production flow and quality standards

CMM / Quality Inspector (Aerospace)

Perform inspections using CMM equipment (PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar)
Interpret GD&T and aerospace drawings
Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections
Document inspection results and ensure compliance with AS9100 standards

Requirements

Experience in CNC machining, setup, or inspection
Ability to read blueprints (GD&T for inspection roles)
Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Knowledge of CNC controls (Haas, Fanuc, Mazak preferred)
CMM programming experience preferred for inspection roles
Aerospace or oil & gas experience is a plus

A Plus if you have any of the following

Experience with Haas ST30SS & ST20YSS
5-Axis / Live Tooling experience
Ability to perform independent machine setups
Blueprint reading and precision measurement
Oilfield / energy fabrication experience a plus
