CNC MachinistPay:$20.00 $28.00 per hour (DOE)Location:Tulsa, OK 74117Shift:1st Shift | Monday Thursday | 5: 00 AM 3: 30 PMJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125097Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to support the precision manufacturing of industrial heat exchanger components in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment, producing high-quality machined parts, and ensuring all work meets engineering specifications and production requirements.The ideal CNC Machinist has previous machine shop experience, strong blueprint-reading skills, and a solid understanding of machining tolerances and CNC operations.Required Experience & Skills Previous machine shop experience required Strong understanding of machining tolerances and precision manufacturing Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and written instructions Experience setting up and operating CNC machines and metalworking equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED Experience writing or editing CNC programs preferredEssential Duties & Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines, mills, drill presses, band saws, and other metalworking equipment Drill, bore, ream, mill, countersink, tap, and notch metal components to precise specifications Machine header pipes, blind flanges, shafts, and other industrial components Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, work orders, and production instructions Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed Manage tooling and maintain proper machine setup throughout production runs Inspect completed parts to ensure compliance with quality and dimensional requirements Track job progress and report production status as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing proceduresPreferred Qualifications Experience programming or editing CNC machine programs Manufacturing experience in heat exchanger, pressure vessel, or heavy industrial environments Experience with precision measuring instruments and quality inspections Knowledge of machining processes and tooling optimizationPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to stand, bend, climb, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to safely operate machine shop equipment and tooling Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled industrial environmentWork Environment Industrial machine shop environment Exposure to machinery, metalworking equipment, dust, noise, and manufacturing operations PPE required, including hearing protection, eye protection, and other safety equipment as necessary Fast-paced setting focused on quality, precision, and production efficiencyWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Four-day work week with extended weekends Competitive pay based on experience Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to work with advanced machining and manufacturing equipment Stable work environment with growth potentialReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
