CNC MachinistPay:$25.00 per hourLocation:Claremore, OK 74017Shift:Monday Friday | 6: 00 AM StartJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:126350Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Claremore. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery used to produce high-quality precision components while ensuring products meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and production schedules.The ideal candidate has strong CNC machining experience, excellent blueprint reading skills, and a commitment to precision, quality, and safety.Required Experience & Skills Previous experience operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) Proficiency using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipEssential Duties & Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machine tools Load materials and tooling, perform machine offsets, and make program adjustments as needed Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments Monitor machine performance and make corrections to maintain quality standards Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency Document production, inspection, and quality-control data accurately Follow all company safety procedures, manufacturing standards, and required PPE guidelines Work with supervisors, engineers, and production personnel to improve manufacturing processesPreferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED Experience with CNC setup and programming adjustments Knowledge of tooling, machining processes, and quality control procedures Experience in high-volume precision manufacturingPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent reaching, repetitive movement, and machine operation Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment while wearing required PPEWork Environment Precision machining and manufacturing facility Fast-paced, quality-driven production environment Exposure to CNC machinery, cutting tools, metal materials, and industrial equipment Safety-focused workplace with opportunities for overtime as production requiresWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to work with modern CNC machining equipment Team-oriented manufacturing environment Career growth with a stable and growing employerReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-576-7117 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel Claremore507 E.
