Job Description

CNC Manufacturing EngineerThis CNC Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:Supporting machining processes and equipment daily

Collaborating with engineering and production teams

Analyzing and planning tooling and equipment needs

Designing and updating mechanical drawings

Creating and maintaining work instructions and documentation

Implementing engineering change orders (ECOs)Troubleshooting production issues on the shop floor

Training operators on new or updated processes

Designing fixtures using CAD tools

Driving Lean manufacturing improvements

Recommending new equipment, tooling, and materials

Supporting new equipment validation and implementation

Experience supporting machining environments

Strong understanding of CNC processes (5-axis preferred)CAD experience for fixture design

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles

Ability to work hands-on with shop floor teams
