CNC Mill Operator 1st Shift Crowell, CTHours Monday

Friday, 6:30am
3:00pm,

Position SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, mechanical aptitude, and experience operating CNC machining equipment.

ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC milling machines to produce quality parts according to specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documentsPerform routine machine adjustments and monitor machine performanceInspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all company safety and production procedures

QualificationsMinimum of 2-3 years of CNC operation experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience operating CNC mills preferredMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read measuring instruments and blueprints to perform basic quality checksAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality
