CNC Machine Operators & CNC Machinists – Multiple Openings
Berlin, CT2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AMFull-Time | Career Growth Opportunities

We are seeking motivated CNC professionals to join our growing manufacturing team in Berlin, CT. We have opportunities available for CNC Machine Operators, CNC Operators, Senior CNC Operators, and CNC Machinists.

Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling and turning machines.
- Load and unload parts while maintaining production standards.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured parts.
- Utilize measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and microscopes.
- Perform tool changes and machine adjustments as experience allows.
- Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
- Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or CNC experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use measuring and inspection equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Qualifications for Advanced CNC Roles
- CNC setup experience.
- Experience making offsets and machine adjustments.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Program editing experience.
- Knowledge of GD&T.
- Experience with Mastercam is a plus.
