Job Description

CNC Operator- 2nd Shift Pay: $22.00/hrAre you passionate about precision manufacturing and looking to elevate your career? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and possess mechanical aptitude, this is your chance to shine and grow professionally.What You’ll Do:
  • Interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate part manufacturing.*
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine adjustments to minimize downtime.*
  • Inspect finished products with precision measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerances.*
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace adhering to all safety standards.*
  • Document production activities, part checks, and create job tags for quality assurance.
Required Skills:
  • Familiarity with CNC machinery, G-code programming, and tooling setup.*
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and technical schematics.*
  • Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.*
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving capabilities.*
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions and work independently.*
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • 1-2 years of experience in CNC manufacturing environments.*
  • Vocational training or certifications in CNC machining.*
  • Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.*
  • Knowledge of chip management and material handling.
