- Operate CNC machines, casting equipment, and trim presses*
- Inspect parts for quality and identify defects*
- Follow work instructions, gauges, and setup sheets*
- Complete production paperwork and track time accurately*
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report problems*
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area*
- Use basic hand tools and assist with routine maintenance*
- Meet production goals and support team needs
- CNC or manufacturing experience preferred (entry-level considered)*
- Ability to read basic instructions and follow processes*
- Strong attention to detail and quality*
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset*
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs*
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
