- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling or lathe machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Perform essential tool changes and handle offset adjustments confidently to ensure precise machining.
- Manage quality and production standards while strictly adhering to all facility safety protocols.
- Utilize CNC Haas milling machinery to manufacture components that meet exact customer specifications.
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections of parts to verify compliance with print and process specifications.
- Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure daily output goals are met.
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or CNC Machinist is required.
- Hands-on experience with CNC milling or lathe machining; direct experience with Haas machines is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform tool changes and offsets independently.
- Strong attention to detail with experience in quality inspections and measurement tools.
- A reliable, safety-conscious mindset and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
