- Operating CNC machines, casting equipment, and trim presses to meet production targets.*
- Inspecting parts for defects to maintain quality standards.*
- Following work instructions, gauges, and setup sheets to calibrate machines correctly.*
- Completing accurate production documentation and tracking work hours.*
- Troubleshooting minor machine issues and escalating problems to maintenance as needed.*
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety protocols.*
- Using basic hand tools and assisting with routine maintenance tasks.
- An interest in manufacturing or CNC operations (entry-level encouraged).*
- Ability to read and interpret basic instructions and process documentation.*
