Job DetailsWe are seeking skilled CNC Operators to support production by operating CNC machines and ensuring parts meet all engineering and quality specifications. This role is focused on machine operation—not programming—making it ideal for operators with strong setup and production experience.Key Responsibilities

• * Operate CNC machines, including:

o* Tooling setup o* Insert changes o* Offsets and adjustments o* Deburring finished parts

• * Manufacture components according to engineering prints and specifications
• * Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet required standards
• * Document production data and quality metrics accurately
• * Perform routine checks and support preventive maintenance efforts
• * Report any machine issues to maintenance to minimize downtime
• * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• * Review production schedules and prioritize daily tasks
• * Perform light corrective maintenance as needed
• * Safely handle materials and components throughout production
• * Contribute to process improvements, including tooling and fixturing enhancements

Technical Qualifications

• * Strong experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills (horizontal and vertical)
• * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings (GD&T preferred)
• * Experience using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height stands)
• * Familiarity with SPC and ISO quality standards (preferred)
• * Basic understanding of G-code or Mazatrol (helpful but NOT required)

Education & Experience

• * 5+ years of CNC operation and setup experience preferred (flexible for strong candidates)
• * Experience in manufacturing or machining environments required
• * Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
