This position is responsible for operating CNC plasma and other material processing equipment, preparing materials for production, and supporting fabrication operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.The ideal candidate has manufacturing or fabrication experience, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to learn multiple aspects of the production process.Required Experience & Skills Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure and other measuring devices Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred Ability to learn and safely operate CNC plasma and material processing equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethicEssential Duties & Responsibilities Operate material processing equipment, including CNC plasma tables, shears, brakes, saws, drills, and other fabrication machinery Prepare raw materials, parts, and tools for production and maintenance operations Perform grinding, cleaning, deburring, and finishing tasks as required Support assembly and installation activities under the direction of production leadership Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the shift Assist team members with production activities to meet quality standards and production deadlines Follow all company safety procedures while properly using tools, machinery, and required PPE Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence Complete additional production duties and special projects as assignedPreferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial production experience Experience operating plate rolls, CNC plasma equipment, or similar fabrication machinery Forklift and overhead crane operating experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilitiesPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift Ability to safely work around fabrication equipment, overhead cranes, forklifts, and industrial machinery while wearing required PPE Comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environmentWork Environment Heavy industrial fabrication and manufacturing facility Fast-paced production environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency Exposure to CNC plasma equipment, fabrication machinery, material handling equipment, and industrial operations Team-oriented workplace with opportunities to learn multiple manufacturing processes and advance your skillsWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay of $27.00/hour Stable first-shift schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Weekly pay Opportunity to gain experience operating advanced fabrication equipment, including CNC plasma systems Excellent career growth potential in a growing manufacturing environment with ongoing cross-training opportunitiesReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PM
