CNC Plasma OperatorPay:$27.00 per hourLocation:Collinsville, OK 74021Shift:Monday Friday | 5: 00 AMJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125604Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and motivated CNC Plasma Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Collinsville. This position is responsible for operating CNC plasma and other material processing equipment while supporting production, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn multiple aspects of the manufacturing process.Required Experience & Skills Ability to accurately read a tape measure and other measuring devices Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred Ability to learn and operate manufacturing and material processing equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethicEssential Duties & Responsibilities Operate CNC plasma equipment and other material processing machinery Operate shears, brakes, saws, drills, and other production equipment as needed Prepare materials, parts, and tools for production and maintenance activities Perform grinding, cleaning, and finishing tasks to meet quality standards Assist with assembly and installation projects as directed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations Follow all company safety procedures and properly use equipment and PPE Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial experience Experience operating CNC plasma tables, plate rolls, or similar machinery Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Frequent use of hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment Comfortable working around industrial machinery while wearing required PPEWork Environment Industrial manufacturing and fabrication facility Fast-paced, team-oriented production environment Exposure to fabrication equipment, moving machinery, and material handling equipment Safety-focused workplace with opportunities to expand technical skillsWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to develop CNC plasma and fabrication skills Team-oriented manufacturing environment Career growth with a well-established employerReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-576-7117 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel Claremore507 E.
