- Modernized facility with new multi-axis CNC equipment
- Defined paths to Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Engineering Lead, and Engineering Manager
- Create and optimize 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC programs in Siemens NX
- Select tooling, set speeds and feeds, and establish cutting strategies
- Perform simulations, prove-outs, and troubleshooting to ensure first-article success
- Develop setup sheets and process documentation that meet AS9100 standards
- Reduce cycle times and lead continuous-improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with production, quality, and supply-chain teams during equipment ramp-up
- 5+ years of CNC programming experience, minimum 3-axis
- Proficiency in Siemens NX (Unigraphics) (preferred) or Mastercam and strong GD&T skills
- Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch and understand tooling and materials
- 5-axis programming, aerospace manufacturing background, Mastercam or AutoCAD experience, lean/continuous-improvement knowledge, and/or ERP/MRP exposure
