Employees are encouraged to contribute ideas, develop new skills, and take ownership of projects that have a direct impact on business success.Job DescriptionDevelop, modify, and maintain CNC programs supporting a variety of manufacturing processes including EDM, milling, and jig grinding operations.Create CNC programs for precision 3-axis milling applications involving hardened tool steel components.Generate and maintain tooling inspection documentation and manufacturing reports to ensure quality and process consistency.Develop prototype manufacturing routings, process documentation, and control plans to support new product initiatives.Program, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain 3D printing equipment as part of prototype and manufacturing support activities.Collaborate with engineering teams to create and update technical product drawings and manufacturing documentation.Manage drawing files and engineering documentation within a Product Data Management (PDM) environment.Support tooling, fixture, and gage manufacturing activities through operation of tool room equipment when required.Continuously identify opportunities to improve programming efficiency, machining performance, and manufacturing processes.The Successful ApplicantMinimum of five years of machining experience within a manufacturing environment.Proven experience with machine setup, troubleshooting, tool wear compensation, and part inspection activities.Strong understanding of CNC programming principles and machining processes.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.Working knowledge of GD&T principles and dimensional inspection requirements.Familiarity with G-Code and M-Code programming.Experience using CAD software is advantageous.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.Comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where priorities may shift regularly.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative approach to working with engineering and production teams.What's on OfferOpportunity to work with advanced machining technologies including EDM, CNC milling, jig grinding, and additive manufacturing.Diverse technical responsibilities spanning CNC programming, engineering documentation, tooling support, and prototyping activities.Exposure to product development initiatives and close collaboration with engineering teams.Hands-on involvement with 3D printing and emerging manufacturing technologies.Dynamic and collaborative manufacturing environment offering technical variety and professional growth opportunities.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and process improvement initiatives.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
