We’re hiring experienced CNC (G-Code) Programmers in Turbotville, PA - offering strong pay up to $30/hr. and a schedule that supports real work/life balance.

Position Overview:

This is not a training position - we’re looking for experienced CNC professionals who can hit the ground running, producing high-precision attachment parts for bridges, wire rope and large cranes. You’ll be using on-the-fly G-Code programming to keep operations moving.

Location: Turbotville, PAPay Range: $25.00 – $30.00/hr. (based on experience and shift)Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Mon–Fri, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AMShift differentials offered for 2nd & 3rd shifts!

Note: A strong history of job stability is important — At least 3+ years of long-term work experience with past employers will set you apart.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years CNC metal machining (manual machining is a plus)
  • Proficiency in G-Code programming for Mills and Lathes & able to program and troubleshoot, mid-production run
  • Experience with Conversational Haas (VPS -3 Axis) or Fanuc (Manual – 5 Axis) controls.
  • Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
  • Bonus points for CAD/CAM coursework
  • Experience with SolidWorks / SolidCAM is a big plus
  • Must be reliable, follow instructions, and committed to continuous improvement

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work on the shop floor as a production machinist/programmer
  • Create and adjust G-Code programs in real time
  • Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards
  • Wear steel-toe shoes (all other PPE provided)
