Co-Bot Operator (Weld Dept) - 2nd ShiftAdvance Services, Inc. is looking to hire a Co-Bot Operator in Grand Island, NE. - Operate collaborative robotic welding equipment (co-bots) to weld metal components according to blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.*
- Load and position parts, adjust machine settings, and monitor equipment operation to ensure quality welds.*
- Perform inspections of completed parts to verify accuracy and meet quality standards.*
- Complete basic troubleshooting, machine adjustments, and routine equipment checks.*
- Use hand tools and measuring equipment as needed for fabrication tasks.*
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all company safety and production procedures.
