Your Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- EE integration of mechatronics systems and components (incl. sizing, e.g. e-motor), reviewing interface specifications, wiring schematics, creating wire harnesses and electrical triage [macroscopic] -> integration into HiL, Vehicle environments
- Circuit design and analysis/testing (e.g., analog filtering, sensorics), PCBA prototyping, wiring schematics [microscopic]
- Market research of EE products, benchmark, and documentation
- Interfacing teams - effectively communicate with these cross functional teams in order to effectively complete assigned tasks
- Participants should be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instruction
- S/he will be given developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job-rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes
Your Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
- Ability to prioritize
- The ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, and lift and move thirty pounds
- Exhibit a willingness to learn
- Assertive approach to solving problems
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills with an ability to collaborate with varying levels of the organization as needed
