THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Coating Repack Associate prepares tooling for loading and unloading into the washing system and Post Polish machines and unpack and repack tools for internal inventory and outside shipments. As a Coating Repack Associate you will play a crucial role within the organization and a high level of precision and attention to detail is desired.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Load and unload the coating machine (requires 35-pound lift).
- Set up and operate the coating machine.
- Prepare tools for washing and operate the washing and post polish equipment.
- Pack up tooling for shipment or inventory
- Maintain production and quality levels.
YOU'LL BRING:
- High School Degree or GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and multi-task.
- Demonstrated ability for organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds consistently and stand for long periods as well as bend and crouch.

The pay for this role is $17 an hour. This reflects the base salary the company reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. Final pay will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package that includes benefits, bonus opportunities, company equity, 401k match, profit sharing and more!.
