COCKTAIL SERVER

The Cocktail Server provides exceptional guest service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. This role serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, assists with approved products and offerings, and maintains high standards of quality, professionalism, and compliance in a fast-paced casino environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create a fun, entertaining, and engaging guest experience.
• Provide fast, friendly, and attentive service while maintaining a stage persona.
• Take orders, serve beverages, and inform guests of specials and offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages, ingredients, pricing, and preparation methods.
• Verify guest identification and promote responsible alcohol service.
• Process guest transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and guest service standards.
• Carry beverage trays and service items throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable).
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to carry trays while using both hands and safely lift and transport items weighing 15-25+ pounds throughout the shift.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

• Stands and walks for extended periods throughout the shift in a large casino environment.
• Walks long distances while carrying beverage trays and service items.
• Uses hands and arms to serve beverages, handle transactions, and transport products.
• Reaches, bends, twists, stoops, and maneuvers through guest service areas.
• Lifts and carries items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Works in a fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise levels.
• May be exposed to secondhand smoke in designated areas of the property.
• Multitasks while maintaining professionalism and exceptional guest service.
