= We’re Hiring | Collection Specialist / Customer Service =
Looking for a great opportunity to grow your career in customer service or collections? We’re hiring for a Collection Specialist / Customer Service role!
= Location: Newark, Delaware (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)= Type: Full-Time= Salary: $40,000 – $41,600 annually
=R Shifts (post-training): 8–5, 10–7, or 12–9 (based on business needs)
= What you’ll do:• Manage delinquent accounts and work on resolutions• Communicate with customers via calls, email & written correspondence• Negotiate payment plans and provide solutions• Maintain accurate records of all interactions• Deliver excellent customer service in sensitive situations
What we’re looking for:• Strong communication & negotiation skills• Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally• Detail-oriented with good time management• Basic computer skills• Open to flexible shifts
