In this role, you'll be helping customers regain financial stability by managing accounts in collection. While this isn't a call center environment, you'll be connecting with customers over the phone and providing top-notch service. Work with consumers to resolve outstanding debts in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and up to date consumer records Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to debt collections. Provide excellent customer service and support to consumers through the debt resolution process. Handle inbound and place outbound calls for assigned accounts.
