Position Overview

This position's responsibilities will include data entry, posting invoices, and general clerical duties (filing, scanning, faxing).

Essential Job Functions

General clerical duties: pulling files, filing, scanning, faxing, etc.
Posting invoices from vendors.
Data entry assignments.
Handling returned mail.
Processing outgoing mail for the department.
Ensure operational integrity through compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
May train to take collections calls and perform customer service.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma and six months or more of related experience.

Competencies

Data entry or 10-key
Attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Works well in a team environment.

Preferred, but not required

Prior office experience a plus.

Location

This is an onsite position at the Reno, NV office. Must be able to work onsite daily.

Base pay: $17.00 - $20.60/hour. Old Second is committed to fair and equitable pay practices. Pay is dependent upon the pay range and the incumbent's knowledge, skills and experience.
