Location: Jacksonville, 32202 – This position is onsite
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Type: Contract, 3 months; could go a bit longer
- Get through a backlog of collections
Schedule: In Office- Monday - Friday 9-5:30pm, 1 hour lunch
Job description:
- Contact clients via phone and email to follow up on past-due invoices
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes
- Process payments and post accurately to client accounts
- Collaborate with billing staff and controller to address client billing questions
- Generate and distribute collection reports to Controller
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activity and correspondence
- Work quickly and efficiently and follow best practices
- Requirements:
- Must have recent B2B collections.*
- High school diploma or equivalent.*
- Background check required.
