You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and writing thorough repair plans. Responsibilities

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Generating thorough and complete insurance and customer pay estimates
Complete supplemental estimates as vehicles are disassembled
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Verify and source correct parts
Understand repair procedures
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction
Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Work independently and as part of a team.

Minimum 3-5 years estimating experience is preferred.

Familiar with CCC, and Alldata
