Job Title: Color Designer 3 Location: Beaverton, OR (PHK) Onsite (Fridays Remote) Duration: 6+ Months Contract (06/01/2026 12/31/2026) Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and creative Color Designer 3 to support a Product Line Team working across multisport projects including football, training, golf, and other sport categories. This role will focus on developing compelling color narratives, seasonal palettes, and color applications that connect with consumers while supporting product storytelling and design objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of color trends, consumer insights, cultural influences, color theory, and color application across footwear and apparel products. They will be a highly collaborative team player who can translate creative vision into impactful color solutions while maintaining strong attention to detail and process. Key Responsibilities

• Develop color concepts, seasonal palettes, and color applications for multisport product categories.
• Translate consumer insights, trend research, and cultural influences into compelling color stories.
• Build and communicate color narratives through physical and digital palette development.
• Support product creation through effective color placement, color compatibility, and material considerations.
• Organize, capture, and communicate color palettes through physical and digital tools.
• Collaborate closely with Product Line, Design, and cross-functional partners throughout the product creation process.
• Ensure color direction aligns with seasonal concepts, product strategies, and consumer expectations.
• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment while supporting project timelines and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• 3 5 years of relevant experience in Footwear and/or Apparel Color Design.
• Strong understanding of color trends, color mixing, color compatibility, color placement, and materials.
• Strong sense of aesthetic style with an understanding of streetwear and sport culture.
• Passion for sports and product storytelling.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work within a fast-paced environment.
• Optimistic, collaborative, and inclusive mindset with strong partnership skills.
• Ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Design or related field preferred.
• Previous experience supporting footwear or apparel color design projects.
• Digital AI background is a plus.
• Previous experience with the client is highly preferred.
