Job Description
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers.
- Evaluate existing HVAC systems and recommend replacement or upgrade options.
- Present Bold City’s product and service offerings with confidence and professionalism.
- Build trust with homeowners through clear communication, transparency, and follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and maintenance program enrollment.
- Stay current on HVAC product knowledge, financing programs, and promotions.
- Previous sales experience required (HVAC, solar, home services, or similar industry preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and presentation tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Uncapped commission (Top Comfort Advisors earn $150K+ annually).
