Job Summary:This position is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth in the HVAC industry. The HVAC Comfort Advisor plays a pivotal role in helping customers make informed decisions about their HVAC systems while delivering exceptional service and expertise.
Responsibilities:
Customer Consultation:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their HVAC requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
Needs Assessment:
- Evaluate customers' existing HVAC systems, identify shortcomings or inefficiencies, and determine their comfort goals.
Solution Recommendation:
- Provide expert advice and recommend appropriate HVAC products, systems, and services to meet customers' needs.
System Design:
- Able to design and develop customized HVAC system designs based on customers' requirements.
Cost Estimation:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for HVAC equipment, installation, and ongoing maintenance.
Proposal Creation:
- Generate comprehensive proposals and presentations outlining recommended HVAC solutions, including equipment specifications, energy efficiency ratings, and associated costs.
Sales And Negotiation:
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of recommended HVAC systems and services, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales.
Documentation And Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales activities, and provide regular reports to management.
Experience:
- EPA Certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years in HVAC Sales/ Comfort Advisor.
Key Competencies:
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive customer service and logical problem-solving skills.
- Honest and dependable.
- Refined trade skill set.
Qualifications:
- Be clean cut.
- Well spoken.
- Clean driving record.
- Pass criminal background check.
- Pass drug screening.
- This is a commission based role with potential to earn $200k plus.
