Job Description: Experienced HVAC Technician or Experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technician
Location: Greater Los Angeles, CACompensation: Based on Experience.

Our staff of professionals is constantly training and honing their skills to be better. We are a rapidly growing service company, looking for skilled and motivated technicians to join our team.
Duties:
- Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial ammonia (NH), commercial refrigeration and commercial air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues; perform system start-ups and shutdowns; maintain compressors, pumps, valves, evaporators, condensers, and associated components.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, EPA/PSM/RMP regulations, and company procedures.
- Complete accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to keep systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with on-call rotation.
- Obtain or maintain RETA CIRO/CARO certification.
- Complete work orders and time card daily.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections with documentation to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Maintain compliance with PSM, RMP, IIAR, and OSHA safety standards.
- Document service work accurately and complete required reports on time.
- Communicate safety concerns clearly to customers and internal teams.
- Participate in emergency service calls and support plant operations as needed.
- Mentor junior technicians and promote best practices in safety and workmanship.

Requirements:
- Good DMV Record.
- Physical/Drug test upon hiring.
- 2+ Years experience.
- EPA Universal Card.
- Experience in Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration & A/C.
