Job Description
DIRECT HIRE: Looking for an experienced Commercial Building Engineer in the Central Philadelphia PA. area. Salary Range: $30hr - $35hrBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, life insuranceSchedule: M - F, +OTKey Responsibilities:Complete work orders professionally and promptlyOutdoor grounds maintenance - Salting, Grounds clean upPerform routine preventative maintenance and equipment checksHandle general repairs (carpentry, painting, pressure washing, grounds maintenance)Conduct electrical repairs (install low voltage circuits, replace light bulbs, fixtures, outlets, switches)Perform plumbing repairs (install faucets, flushometers, toilet fill valves, wax rings)Carry out HVAC repairs (replace filters, clean condensers, belt changes, grease equipment)Diagnose mechanical equipment issues and recommend repairs or vendor servicesMaintain records and manage material stockQualifications:2+ years of experience in commercial building maintenanceCertification in building trades is a plusExperience with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems preferredKnowledge of back-up generators, fire pumps, boilers, and BAS preferredPhysical Requirements:Constant movement around propertiesRegular bending, standing, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)Climb ladders and stairsOnce you apply, please text "CBE" to 904-712-6140 for a faster reply.INDH
