Job Description
City Wide Facility Solutions of Oklahoma City is seeking a high-caliber leader for our Commercial Building Services (CBS)Manager position. This is the strategic heartbeat of our operations in the Oklahoma City market.
In this role, you aren’t just managing buildings; you are managing a high-performing team and complex service ecosystems. You will lead three CBS Sales Executives, providing the mentorship and strategic oversight they need to hit aggressive growth targets.
Our model is unique: we act as the single point of contact for over 20 different facility services, managing a network of independent contractors to ensure excellence. We are specifically looking for professionals with a background in Construction Sales Management, Senior Project Management, Remodeling Management, Construction Estimating Management, or related field. Your ability to oversee technical scopes, manage timelines, and drive revenue is exactly what we need to scale.

What You’ll Do
- Team Leadership: Directly manage and coach three CBS Sales Executives, conducting weekly one-on-ones and field ride-alongs to sharpen their sales and account management skills.
- Strategic Growth: Partner with your sales team to identify "extra interest" opportunities within current accounts, ensuring we are solving all of our clients' facility headaches.
- Operational Excellence: Oversight of site inspections and service provider performance to ensure every facility meets the City Wide standard.
- Client Advocacy: Act as a senior-level escalation point for client concerns, turning challenges into long-term partnership wins through firm, professional communication.
- Retention Management: Execute a proactive retention strategy to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and long-term contract stability.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant Experience: At least 2+ years of management experience in Construction Sales Management, Senior Project Management, Remodeling Management, Construction Cost Estimation Management, or related field.
- Leadership Track Record: Proven ability to manage sales or operations teams, with an emphasis on coaching others to hit high-level KPIs.
- The Strategist: You understand the B2B service landscape and can navigate complex client needs with a consultative, solution-oriented mindset.
- The Communicator: You are comfortable in the boardroom and on the job site, maintaining professional boundaries while building deep trust with clients and contractors.
- The Driver: You are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing the logistics of a multi-city territory.
