Commercial Business Development Representative

About the Role
As our Commercial Business Development Representative, you'll be the face of Paul Davis in the commercial market. Your primary focus will be developing new relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, insurance professionals, and commercial decision-makers throughout our service area.
You'll spend the majority of your time in the field visiting clients, networking, attending industry events, and identifying opportunities to introduce Paul Davis as the trusted restoration partner before a loss ever occurs.
Success in this role comes from being proactive, persistent, confident, and genuinely enjoying meeting new people and building lasting relationships.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, business owners, insurance professionals, and referral partners.
- Prospect for new business through cold calling, drop-in visits, networking, and community involvement.
- Develop new commercial accounts while growing existing relationships.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and current clients.
- Represent Paul Davis at networking events, trade associations, chamber events, and community functions.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow commercial restoration sales within your assigned territory.
- Stay visible in the market by making consistent customer visits and follow-up contacts.
- Educate clients on Paul Davis services and how we can help them prepare for and recover from property losses.
- Collaborate with our Operations and Estimating teams to ensure a smooth transition once a project is awarded.
- Maintain accurate activity and account information within our CRM.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while helping grow the Paul Davis brand throughout the community.

Qualifications
- Two or more years of outside sales, business development, account management, or relationship-based sales experience.
- Commercial sales experience is preferred.
- Restoration, construction, property management, facilities management, or insurance industry experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop new business and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
