Job Description

National Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Full-Time Janitor to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of all common areas within a luxury high-rise residential condominium in Chicago, IL 60601. Job Responsibilities: 🔸Clean common areas like lobbies, hallways, and elevators every day.🔸Sweep, mop, vacuum, and keep floors looking clean.🔸Wipe and disinfect high-touch areas like door handles, railings, and buttons.🔸Clean restrooms, gyms, lounges, and other shared spaces.🔸Take out trash and recycling and move it to the proper area.🔸Keep the mailroom and package areas clean and organized.🔸Refill cleaning supplies and restroom products when needed.🔸Report any issues like broken lights, leaks, or safety problems.🔸Keep stairwells and emergency exits clean and clear.🔸Use cleaning products safely and follow all safety rules.Schedule:Thursday - Monday (5 days)From 7:00am to 3:30pmPay Rate: $21.67 / hourBi-weekly pay.Requirements:🔸Per our client’s request, Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role.🔸Must have previous experience with commercial or industrial cleaning.🔸Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, walking for extended periods).🔸Immediate availability is preferred. 🔸A background check will be conducted prior to employment.
