Commercial Concrete Foreman - Utah Division

Innovative Concrete, LLC is growing its Utah operations and looking for a skilled Commercial Concrete Foreman to take charge on our job sites. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in delivering quality work, keeping crews organized, and driving projects across the finish line safely and on time.

In this position, you will maintain open, proactive communication with the Superintendent and Project Manager, reporting on daily progress, surfacing potential issues before they escalate, and ensuring the field and office stay aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial concrete crews on various Utah job sites.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and project specs to assign tasks and set daily priorities.
• Enforce safety protocols and hold the crew accountable to best practices at all times.
• Monitor work quality throughout each phase of the project to ensure all standards and specifications are met.
• Keep thorough and accurate records of daily activities, crew hours, and project timelines.
• Take part in scheduling and planning concrete pours and finishing operations alongside project leadership.
• Step in quickly to resolve conflicts, logistics, or unexpected on-site challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on concrete experience, including at least 2 years leading a crew in a foreman or supervisory capacity.
• Proven leadership and communication skills at all levels.
• Solid understanding of commercial concrete construction techniques, equipment, and safety requirements.
• Physically able to work in demanding conditions and varying weather environments.
• Comfortable reading and working from construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license with dependable transportation to reach job sites.
