This role supports commercial construction projects by assisting with project coordination, documentation, scheduling, quality control, and communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals. It's a full‑time position focused on providing integral project management support across new construction and renovation work ranging from mid‑size to larger commercial scopes.

Description
Provide comprehensive project management support, including:
- Preparing and managing RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change orders.
- Participating in construction and coordination meetings.
- Supporting quality control efforts throughout the project.
- Communicating and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams.
- Handling additional responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager or leadership team.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of hands-on construction experience, ideally in project management or a comparable role.
- Strong negotiation abilities with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and develop practical solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and working knowledge of Procore.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, documentation, change management, and project sequencing.
- Familiarity with industry safety practices and regulatory requirements.
