Estimating Co-op Job Description
The Co-op in our Estimating department will have responsibility for a variety of things, including but not limited to the following:
- Assisting with bid solicitation and final selections.
- Managing bid documents, including downloading/uploading, printing, compiling. initial bid documents and addenda.
- Developing, tracking and answering RFI's.
- Reviewing and analyzing drawings and doing quantity takeoffs.
- Developing self performed work labor, material and equipment costs.
- Assisting with developing final pricing, proposals and specifications.
- Compiling historical data for tracking purposes.
This position is based in our Dayton, Ohio office.
Requirements
Must be an active student enrolled in a Construction Management or related program.
