Commercial Construction Estimator (Remote)
Location: Remote in the United States
Schedule: Must be available during Eastern and Central Time business hours

MMC Contracting delivers commercial and industrial remodeling across Georgia & Alabama, built on consistent communication and dependable execution. We're looking for a Remote Estimator to join our team.
This is a remote estimator role focused on producing accurate bids and helping MMC win profitable work. You must be responsive, organized, and able to keep a steady pipeline moving, without needing heavy oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Perform takeoffs and assemble competitive bids (commercial/industrial remodel)
- Coordinate quotes with subs/vendors and scope gaps
- Create proposal packages and track revisions/addenda
- Maintain bid logs, estimate files, and pricing assumptions
- Communicate clearly with operations for bid-to-project handoff
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 or more years of commercial estimating experience
- Proven ability to work independently and hit deadlines remotely
- Strong Excel + estimating workflow discipline
- Familiarity with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or comparable platforms is highly preferred.
- Clear communicator (updates, timelines, assumptions)
Pay & benefits
- Job Type: Part-time role to start, with strong potential to become full-time based on performance.
- Pay: $30,000-$35,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus potential if applicable
- Paid time off and company holidays
