About the Role:

Alliance Group Solutions LLC is seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates

at different stages of project development, manage bid processes, and support cost management and preconstruction efforts.The estimator will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure competitive and precise pricing strategies.Responsibilities:

Develop cost estimates from conceptual design through final pricing.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment.
Analyze bid proposals, subcontractor quotes, and market conditions to determine the most competitive and accurate pricing.
Negotiate pricing and terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
Utilize industry software and tools to create and manage estimates efficiently.
Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and requirements.
Communicate and collaborate with project managers and design teams to assess constructability, risk, and scheduling impacts.
Maintain estimating databases and historical cost data.
Communicate effectively with clients,subcontractors, and internal teams,

Requirements:

Deep Knowledge of the industry,general conditions,fee calculations,and construction scheduling.
Minimum of 6-8+ years commercial construction estimating with a strong background in commercial projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Estimating Programs(Excel,Word,Outlook,Project,Teams,Pro-Est,RS Means).
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with Building Connected,On-ScreenTakeoff,Bluebeam,a plus.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
Valid driver's license.
